STEP 2:

Outline Your Payment Plan & Contract

Toma Build & Design does not charge you any deposit. Instead, we provide you with a detailed quote and project plan to approve.

We fully explain every quote and price included in our valuations. We’ll establish a dialogue with you to answer any and all questions you might have.

STEP 3:

Coordinate With Our Experts

Considering the various options for a building project can be quite daunting. That’s why our experienced experts are always available to talk through your options. You have access to professional advice on every stage of the process.

You can either submit your own designs to us, or we can arrange for designs to be completed on your behalf. Our experts will help you bring your ideas to life.

First, we’ll draw up a practical and budget-friendly plan. Later, we’ll send you a detailed construction plan, along with a Schedule of Works. You are always fully informed about the progress of your project.

STEP 4:

Begin Construction On Your Project

We hit the ground running and start work on your project as soon as you’re ready. We take care of everything – or we can connect you with the contractors directly if you prefer.

We organise fortnightly meetings with you, the architect, and the building surveyor as the project progresses. You remain involved in the process, and you can discuss each stage with the team in detail. Our site managers also send in comprehensive reports to the office every day.

Each step of the way, you’ll always be able to see exactly what you are paying for.

STEP 5:

Project Completion And Aftercare

We are proud of our excellent track record of completing every job on time and within budget. We own our responsibility to turn your vision into reality with a perfectly constructed, professionally-managed final job.

Toma Build & Design doesn’t stop looking after you once the final nail has been hammered in. As part of every contract, we provide a warranty, and we are fully insured.
